Job Description:
1. Communicate and coordinate with sales and engineer team.
2. Provide Installation and Maintenance of Network, Security, Hyper Converged and VDI
Solution
3. Assist Pre-Sales and Sales Team
4. Conduct internal and external end user Training
5. Document detailed system design
6. Able to provide post-sales maintenance support after office hours
7. Present solutions to customer by communicate both in Thai & English.
8. Project Management task (Schedule, Control Vendor and Project member and otherrelated
with project).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
2. 0-5 years’ experience in related field.
3. Hands on experience with Network, Security, Hyper Converged and VDI Solution
4. Prefer to have hand on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft based server applications (Windows 2012/2016), Linux and Python.
5. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN Infrastructure support, TCP/IP Connectivity
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Having project management skill.
8. Good Command in English
9. Cisco Certificate is preferable. (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP)
